The Benefit of Group Therapy
Join Angela Spearman as she leads a roundtable discussion with her clinical colleagues about the benefit and power of group therapy. Learn why group therapy works and if it would be a good fit for you.
Group therapy can be a scary step for those who are seeking healing and recovery. For many people they fear that they can never be loved or accepted again because of what they’ve done or experienced. They have never shared their story with anyone else. Group therapy can offer an opportunity to share and truly connect with others. It can be a place where you’re able to breakdown shame while finding acceptance and validation.
